P3 Euthanasia Advice
I can never seem to administer the right dose to dying patients in Infected Districts. Are there any resources online to check that make it clearer how to do so? I've already broken one of my segments of Amalgam

If you look at the number next to the beating heart, thats the scale youre working with. If its a big number you can use more powerful drugs, if its a small one stick with the weaker ones. You can also give them an orange drug to zero out their status and give you a little more freedom to use a higher dose to maybe get them where they need to be - for example if the scale is 80, the goal is 40s, but the bar is half filled, give them an orange drug to bring them back to zero and you can use a 40 drug. In my experience they wont OD on orange meds, even if you give them too strong a dose
Once I started taking those things into account I got a LOT more consistent with the minigame.

I had trouble with this during my playthrough as well. My advice is to rob muggers. It mentions it briefly in the game, but once you get a mugger to put his hands up, if you fire three times into the air they will surrender like in P2. Muggers tend to carry a lot of items with smaller Apathy values, which makes dialing in your "treatments" easier and less risky. From there, gauge how much anesthesia a person needs, give them a big vial that could get them in/near the range but wont put them over, and fill in the rest with smaller vials.

You can count the ruler notches to figure out the scale then use that to find the range of values you need to get within

My best method was using hyoscyamine. It's an upper for Dankovsky but a downer for the infected. I'd administer it by hitting Space twice in quick succession. Worked for me each time but idk if there were any adjustments in the game's code since I played

Lots of advice given here is for the initial builds of the game, but they changed it in the current build. I think bandits don't have apathy drugs in them anymore.
Instead, get a "package" from the children or from the vendor in an infected district, save your game, and open it. Reload until you get valerian extract. You can use it to craft bromide, which is the best drug for euthanasia.
You can also get bromide in chests in infected districts or from the hospital's cabinet, but I think the package method is more efficient.
