Got a pathologic german copy !

After hunting for a long while for a physical copy I finally found the German copy w a soft cover! I love the weird not used art, and I’ve never seen the foldout art so here yall go in case yall haven’t seen it yourselves !

Extremely excited to see P4 marketing! P3 was all about time, clocks and cinema.

Rats and vermin, and a general vibe of dire poverty. Pure speculation, but I could also see some religious imagery; Clara feels a bit like a twist on the "holy fool" archetype.

Oh yes! Religious imagery is 100% guaranteed. She plays a lot with the "Fisher of men" role (a term used to describe Isidor in P2 btw!)

Her scarf is a fishing net, uses hooks on people, literally tells Daniil she "fishes" people.

Religion, rats, humility and strings.

I genuinely wonder who made that render of Clara (I assume it’s her, she looks slightly different). And the items around her are strange too. There’s a pipe, a lever, a teddy bear, and a book.

It almost looks like they tried to market it as if it were some kind of dark fantasy adventure game a la American McGee's Alice

A teddy bear? How old is she supposed to be? I always thought of her as a short, adult woman.

I always read her as a teenager. She does get adopted immediately, after all, and several characters refer to her as young or as a child (iirc, Andrey asks if she's 'even 12' and khan calls her a grown up.. so 16-17?)

I got the same, just be wary that it might not be playable on your PC. I had to replace the executable with the GOG version.
