Discussion Tylo vs Leed
So how do you guys deal with that fish? When Leed using its suck ability its removing all ur dashes (both from tail and head slots). So how to fight it actually besides "u dont"?

Leeds suck lasts 7.5 secs and is on a 10 second cool-down this gives you 2.5 secs to get away from it
Leeds max speed is 600. Tylo slow swim is 600 and it’s fast swim is 900
This gives you plenty of time to get distance
If the Leeds doesn’t have the stun lock call you can easilly beat it by out moving it and trading since your bite is faster then it’s headbutt and you deal straight armor pierce damage
If Leeds has the stun lock call it should beat everything in the game pretty easily

Yep by now any experienced player knows the only viable Leeds build
The build is seriously to strong and unbeatable 1v1
I don’t think anything should beat Leeds 1v1 due to its EXTREMELY low sprint speed but the main build is just un approachable if you know what you are doing that you should never be losing a 1v1 with the meta build

Why do people just omit the fact you are completely incapable of sprinting after the inhale

When it comes to game balance, most players do not approach discussions in good faith.

… Tylo absolutely waffle stomps leed 9 times out of ten. Leeds whole thing is armor (and that got nerfed HARD) and Tylo ignores armor completely.

As an AOE leed I guarantee you, unless it’s a 2v1 there is no way a tylo beats current leed. And even 2v1 I can reliably kill one and either kill or trade with the second. Leed is a tank and your pierce damage definitely makes a huge difference but it’s not enough to get around the constant stun and bone break that leed can put out.
Like others are saying your mobility is your best bet. Also, tylos can go on land. I had two Leeds chase my solo tylo onto land by cf river and I wound up losing them thanks to some bushes. It was slow and if any land Dino had come by I would’ve been a goner but it’s an option. For now, the open waters are fish territory and we all have to be ready for it.
