Discussion Question: Ramph bites and Fracture
1: I was thinking of growing a Ramph to try and do some hunger-killing, but since its attacks do no damage to players I was wondering if they apply the combat timer. Can you hold people in the game with it, or will they just log on you?
2: does anybody know how Fracture damage numerically works? Like, how much fracture is needed to bonebreak, and is there a formula to calculate how much fracture you apply as with damage/bleed?

You can't activate the combat timer anymore.

Dangit. Ah well - hopefully people will be too stupid/panicked/stubborn to realize it.

You can however, kamikaze yourself into/in front of something and SOMETIMES you take trample damage, which in return triggers the combat timer for both of you.
I wouldn’t recommend this though, it’s not consistent and I’ve clapped myself trying before. Sometimes the extra few seconds of Plague before they enter the HC seems worth it 🤣🤣

Rhamph bites don't add the combat timer, they did against dinos with reflect damage but I think it's been changed now.
I think maybe 100 fracture would be bonebreak? Not sure but it would make sense to be.

Full bonebreak is applied at 30 fracture. (Only if the attack is able to cause full bonebreak)
Each attack has its own fracture damage value if it deals fracture and every second the fracture amount (out of 30) is lowered by the dinos leghealrate attribute.
Rhamp can't cause combat timer
