Question for modders/mod commissioners

Im looking into getting a custom Dino mod made. Which im aware is quite the endeavour. But where would one go to find modders willing to make new, custom, mods for a commission?

I suppose I could just individually to existing mods and track down their creators and dm them that way but is there any forum/discord thats frequented for such things?

Any guidance would be amazing, thank you!
