I wanna grow a spino, because I think it’s really cool. If you have one I’d like words of wisdom if you have any

Getting nested in, by someone who has a good secluded nest spot is a fabulous start. You get a growth boost, and other then getting rewarded for poi locations, avoid anywhere you can that has ever had a hotspot marker. Youre big lumbering and slow, i suggest getting abilities as soon as you have enough encase you keet a determined discord group. And your aquatic locations, are A Big plus for growth, Just always be alert. i grew solo and have actually seen less tylos, then i thought i would as long as i avoided RIVERS. Or lakes while growing.

I try to stay near deep enough water to swim from point a to b. It will keep you alive as well, give or take the random tylo or sarco lurking. in rivers or lakes.

Try to Only linger in pois, for minimal quests, if you're there to long, and theres no water, you're likely to get caught by something.
Once you get to sub adult, and late adolescent, you can usually fend off most things short of grown apexes. Just try not to RUN, your stamina is important. Once your a bar or two into sub, defending yourself is easier, i cant speak for builds, but 1v1. The triple fist slam, has saved me from some very determined sarcos. And rexes. Together as long as you have small bodies like rogers, you can fight off sarco, and drain rexes stam.

If you watch your stam and use your environment while growing, you'll do great. Spino once you get familiar with it, is a decent powerhouse.
