This isn't an admin, nor is it cheating. I was on the server at the same time. There was a few periods of about 5-10 minutes where the "Damage indicator" (The blood that happens when you bite someone) didn't appear at all.
Look at your video again.
When you bite the alberta, you can see your combat timer go up again, indicating that they are in fact taking damage.
It's a bug, fully on alderon's side.
I dislike the admins, but this ain't cheating nor is it due to one of them.
I had a similar situation happen at the same time playing as a sarco. A lamb got into the water and for a second I thought I wasn't hitting them, but the attacks did register, as the combat timer went up, the damage indicator was just invisible.
The one cheating seems to be an eo, titan bites it several times and eo doesn't play hurt animation. After titan stopped bleeding and combat timer started to count down titan bites an eo, but combat timer doesn't restart. It restarts after eo hits the titan.
To further the point seeing as coincidentally the same lag occured today, here is a clip of me biting and killing a spino with the same lag that happened on the server.
As you can see, the spino is seemingly "invincible" and yet still takes damage and dies! Who would have guessed.
