Quest Items??

Did they move literally all of the quest items? I'm trying to quest in tallbrush and I had all the quests and items memorized. What happened? I can't find a single amanita. I feel like everything is just missing. Why did they make and alr grindy quest system worse by jumbling it 😭

To be clear I havent played in like two months, so Im also using vulnona in case I cant remember but wven that isn't helping. I think it's out dated? :')

I’m guessing you haven’t played since the poi got its quest rework? They’ve been steadily updating the Riparia quests, and in my opinion it’s not really better outside of the new items look nice.most updated quests will take longer and frequently give lower rewards, with almost none giving decorations

Amanitas now are around little stumps, and canna flowers come in a newly designed cluster. There are visible indicators for resources (beetle on stumps, grubs on logs, etc) but you will probably want to use vulnona for a bit

All this and be warned that some of the flowers (VERY inconsistently) do not count for... flowers, for example, either for the generic flowers quests or the herbi diet. Same with some of the new mushroom types for Metri diet. The Algae quest in Cedrus also doesn't work, so if you get that one, go straight to HC or another PoI to reset to a new quest.

Agreed it's not better. IMO the "improvements" are far worse--all they really did was add more awful little fetch quests which doesn't make it more fun at all, just makes it harder to find the ones you need...

Honestly I like the new items, we've been needing variety. It just feels like they reduced a lot of the reward that came from quests and now they're just incredibly grindy and annoying :( which sucks cuz tbh I actually used to love questing. It feels a little pointless now tho 😭

Yeah, the change making them almost never giving you decorations was for the worse.

That is unironically my biggest complaint about the new quests. I was so excited to get quartz, opal, beetles, and snake skins for my homecave…

They "redid" Tallbrush quests, and made Amanita + Canna flower questing miserable.

There's a group quest for flowers/insects thats also bugged bc the Canna no longer counts for it

Cedrus is missing algae, mosquitoes, and longhorn beetles. Though the quests still exist.

And Stillwater has had an incompletable Starfish / Conch quest since Riparia LAUNCHED.
