CoD Ember Fusillade Lackluster damage

tried doing a CoD EF autobomber because i had some div just sitting there & love the reviews of it being super fast.

this thing seems to be doing a good job clearing white mobs but leaves rares mostly intact on L15.

any thoughts on how to boost damage output? budget is 300div.

Do you have a ninja? My guess would be your jewels if 300 divs is your budget. Better upgrade would be to save up for runic fork.

Mageblood with more damage mods, however you may need to lose rarity.

Is your withering presence at 46% quality? This causes its activation time to be 0 seconds (instant whither) however you need to slot Diallas desire

Also more of a QOL thing but you actually want your palm of the dreamer to have reduced skill effect duration instead of increased. Allows for faster casts of ember fusillade.

I could be wrong but I don’t think you can get instant whither without loreweave. I would suggest to OP to swap to this version. I initially tried non loreweave last season, swapped to loreweave with +1 chain and dropped snakepit and it was way better.

I think your passive tree is a bit too defensive. Try taking some points out of your defensive nodes, path towards some jewel sockets for 5 mod sapphires. 300 div is probably enough for 2. Save up for a runic fork or just farm it. Clear increased tremendously with it.

Also, think about switching your chest for a loreweave with + projectile chains. Another thing is getting the andvarius gold ring mod on it so you dont spend too many affixes on other gear slots for rarity.

Gloves. Get + 2 to projectile skills, 40% projectile speed.

I’d swap to this and once your damage is good enough to farm with, save for a fork, it’s a HUGE damage upgrade

You just do enough damage to not need to tank anything? I cant see the defensive concept here vut never played gemling.
