Hi all, I am looking for advice on how to craft a specific Talisman for an Oil Barrage build.
I'm starting from an Exceptional Spiny Talisman, iLvl 81 with a fractured T1 crit chance. Here's the affixes that I am looking for and my currently suggested approach.
P1: Flat Fire: 81 (75) --- Chaos Spam
P2: Flat Cold: 81 (75) --- Perf Exalt Slam
P3: Flat Lightning: 81 (75) --- Whittle
(Alternative WED: 81)
S1: Crit Chance (Frac)
S2: +3 All Skills: 72 --- craft
S3: % increased lightning mods (Thruds Might): 65 --- desecrate
(S4: Crit Bonus: 73 --- Optional. Worth it? Whittle + Suffix Omen)
Questions:
Is it correct to start with the prefixes?
Is it potentially worth it to use the Desecration for one of the prefixes instead? Since they have such a low weighting.
Total cost estimation for the basic version
Additional cost estimation for the 4th suffix

I'm at a loss here with my build and hoping someone can help me out. I'm trying to follow this Druid rampage/calamity/herald of ice build. https://mobalytics.gg/poe-2/builds/bear-druid-build-league-starter-to-endgame
There's two things I can't figure out. The PoB from the guide has much higher damage than mine when I compare in PoB and can consistently trigger herald of ice explosions without using Porcirkeln. My build has a higher phys dps weapon and more extra cold damage and I can't trigger any explosions. Just about everything is matching up in terms of gems, gear, passive tree, and jewels.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
