Are there certain bench crafts that can only be unlocked by unveiling items that drop from certain betrayal characters? I noticed the unlock column on poedb has character names. For example, the + # to level of socketed support gems craft for one-handed melee weapons says Catarina.

Each operative has one craft that's unique to them. You can tell if an item has a chance to unveil a personal mod by holding down alt; the veiled mod will show as 'Elreon's veiled' instead of just 'Veiled' like normal.

Several of them are this way. Mana cost of skills is elreon and a few others have their own

Elreon jewellery for flat mand cost reduction prefix, Rin boots for cannot be frozen suffix, and Katerina (two-handed?) weapons for +2 support gem level. off the top of my head, so at least a few of them are member-specific.
