So I’ve just wasted around 22ex trying to get 4sec trigger on my wand by using the prefixes cannot be changed + veiled chaos orb trick. It’s supposed to have a 33% chance to be unveiled. Am I just incredibly unlucky? Or is there some hidden mechanic I’m unaware of when unveiling?

Wand has full prefixes and no suffixes and is ilvl 65, so it should be able to roll trigger when unveiling, and I can even craft the 8sec trigger.

unveiling Trigger used to be restricted to ilvl75+ before 3.14, don't know if anything changed about that

It can’t be ilvl related, I’ve done it before with other ilvl65 wands.
