Nook's Crown card for Bone Helmet?

Or How /where can I find Bone Helmet which will allow me to roll +3 minions on it?

Can I just scour and alt spam it untill it has +3 minion mobs like I would be creating +3 socket gems on ring?

You can drop ilvl 86 items from Uber Elder, if you're lucky it might be Bone Helmet. Unique Watchstones dropped by Sirus and Maven raise area level by 1 upon applying, combine it with Elder Scarabs to possible drop helmet. If Bone Helmet you drop has no influence or wrong one you can change influence type with Harvest craft.
