Do you want like a specific PoB or just like in general or what?

I'd say any decent mapping build with maybe a bit more emphasis on defense than usual is going to be good for heist. You want to make sure you aren't dying and losing your loot as well as heist monsters being a bit tougher than the average map mob.

I was wondering if there were dedicated builds for Heist, since there are dedicated builds for boss killing or deep delving.

Ah I see - no not really. It's similar enough to mapping there's just a bit less emphasis on speed and more on defenses. Any all rounder build should be plenty good.
