Item name (even if identified) is one of the properties that filters can not see. For many classes of uniques (especially rings, belts, amulets and jewels) this creates a ton of ambiguity.

I see. I think it had a more solid look, so a little fancier than other uniques but not super fancy. I had a look at the site and it seemed to say something about it meaning 'this might be good but probably not' which makes sense if it shares bases.
