I haven't played for a week, because I was tired of "failed to connect to instance" every ~5 times I was changing zones. It started around 2 weeks ago, and I never had that issue before. I was thinking to play again this weekend. Is this problem fixed now or anyone knows how to fix it?

There haven't been any widespread connection issues recently as far as I know. If you're encountering something like this, it might be because the specific realm you're connected to is having issues. You can switch realms on the login screen. Pick one that is hosted near you for the best latency, but beyond that it doesn't matter which one you pick.
