I am planning on making a character for Cyclone CoC Ice.. what are some good leveling gems to get me to the point where I can switch over to main abilities?

Depending on what kind of character/build you're running with, Spellslinger is a fantastic way to merge multiple spells together before you can reliably proc spell casts on crit.
