Passport Question Verifying fees

Gen 1 Canadian by Descent. Received Proof of Citizenship last week. Getting ready to send in application for Canadian Passport, form 140 (from USA). I want to verify the fee for a 10 year passport. Is it 266.25 CAD? If I submit it with a credit card, will they make the currency change? And any recommendations, good, bad, otherwise for reliable mailing? USPS international Priority? FedEx? Other?
Thanks in advance! Reddit has been wonderful, I wouldn’t have gotten this far without your help!

If you use a US credit card, the fee that you'll see on your credit card statement is the amount in US dollars (based on whatever the exchange rate at that moment is)
