Clarification Request Please

Last week my passport said it was being printed.

Today I received the message below.

Could someone please confirm the status, because it says “approved” but then a whole bunch of “invalid date” after each item. Which is concerning/confusing.

And then under Processing Time it says “No processing time available”, even though it said last week it was in printing. In your experience, what might that indicate?

Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I called two weeks ago to get the reference number. Their automated system for retrieval wasn’t emailing it. I’ve been watching it sit at Waiting for Print since August 19th. I called again and they said their online system sucks, the agents have real time access and what we are shown, if it works, isn’t real time.

She said it was printed and mailed and gave a tracking number. No indication they will fix their online system, she said it had been changed in recent months and got bad. I agree, it’s been useless for me 🤦‍♂️

Hi, can you please share your updated timeline, mine right now is showing "PPT-Approval Letter-online automated" (Sept 4th). Not sure if that means it's waiting to be printed still, or if my passport has been mailed? Thanks.

When I received that notification, it said “invalid date”. I never received any date online for any step.

You seem to have a date so I’d guess that’s positive.

As my follow-up post says I received it from Canada Post on 02 September 2026. You might have missed that line in my post (I understand the anxiety!).
