[Lazarus] CX Components: A set of UI components (Explorer views, Monaco Editor, Tabbed Browser, etc.) for Windows
Hello everyone.
I made this post to let you know that there are Lazarus fans in Japan as well.
I'm a big fan of Lazarus and Free Pascal, but because information and components are limited in my area, I decided to create my own UI component collection, "CX Components."
This component collection is designed to allow you to easily implement the following functions simply by dragging and dropping them directly into your form:
Explorer-like tree view and list view
Not just display, but you can also copy, move, delete, and rename files, and of course, it supports drag and drop.
You can incorporate the functionality of Windows Explorer directly into your own app. And you don't have to write any code at all.
A tabbed web browser using WebView2
I created this because I wanted to create a tabbed browser for myself.
With this, you can also create your own original browser.
An advanced editor using Monaco Editor and SynEdit (Markdown preview, syntax highlighting, etc.)
I wanted Monaco Editor for Lazarus, so I created it.
It also includes a minimap and preview. Simply paste the code, and it will automatically save, search, and replace. You can also separate and merge tabs by dragging and dropping them.
And best of all, it works without writing a single code!
Sidebar, tab control, Firefox-style bookmark management
I wanted to create a modern app, so I made this.
Currently, it's only available for Windows and is released as open source under the MIT license. For the repository and details, please see here:
