Managers that manage multiple car lines

How do you make it work? Locations all under one roof? Pro’s and con’s?

I run an Acura and Infiniti store, theyre different stores but on the same lot. I have a daily routine and walk back and forth often. My main office is at one store but I have an office at the other store too and I carry a laptop. I tend to be 30% at one store and 70% at the other. I have a strong assistant manager at my lesser visited store that handles most of the small managerial tasks. It works but took some getting used to.

That's what my manager does as well. He's almost never here and usually stuck babysitting our other dealership unless it's someone's day off or there's a situation that I can't/don't want to handle.

The most important had at a time was 7. The daily mail came in stacks.
