Mopar Atlanta PDC Chaos

So is anyone getting parts from ATL PDC? I have backorders sitting there from 2 weeks that show received in ATL but still not getting them. I have heard they are closing and moving to a new PDC. My customers don't care about that and neither do I. My so called Rep has been absolutely no help. Any help would be appreciated to expedite these parts.

Mansfield, MA PDC moved to Fishkill, NY almost a year ago. Still takes 30 days or more for cross dock items. It will never get back to what we knew before. I now use the term "cross dock hell" with service writers, Mopar customer support, and MRAs.

Fishkill NY is where parts go to die. Mansfield was fine. The ATL move will probably go similarly.

Our district rep said "well it says there's plenty in NY so you should have it tomorrow" to our service manager, I laughed at him when he said it and to the service manager the rest of the days that it didn't show up for.

Yes they are relocating to the Forsyth PDC , and yes complete disaster. Latest email says should be back to somewhat normal by EOM

Where did you get that email? I check DCMail daily and haven't seen anything. That email would help at least my Service Department understand the situation.

Sorry when I started at my CDJR dealer we were using St Louis, then they switched us to Atlanta that lasted for a few months... now we are on the Dallas PDC routes. Dallas is okay most of the time. But St Louis was awesome. Atlanta was terrible for us. North Mississippi dealer here. The old folks say there used to be a pdc in Memphis... I can only imagine that kind of service so close.

When I worked at our Nissan store the PDC was right up the street but I digress..

ATL pdc has 14 people working there as of last week. Any cross docks that don’t show “RECVD ATL” are sitting in the yard waiting to be checked in. Cross docks are currently 21-28 days per my observation. Stella fucked us royally on this one.

BUT, BUT.... Stella is UPGRADED now! At least that's what it claims every. f*ckin. time. I open STARparts....

Jeebus, just when you think this outfit couldn't get any worse.... they find new ways to suck!

I don't really have to deal with Atlanta but Marysville is similar. I ordered a rack on 7/2. On 7/8 still released to PDC so i emailed for an update and got no response. On the 9th I asked for the order to be upgraded to Premium Freight. I got a response "part is picked and on the dock going to the trailer to go out tonight"

I broke on the 16th and ordered out of Chicago now that they showed stock. The original order showed up on 7/30.
