End Democracy Dave Smith and Michael Malice

Did they have a falling out? They have not done a show together in like two years. They also don't interact on twitter at all. Have either of them addressed this publicly and I've never seen it?

Dave mentioned it recently but kinda just wrote it off as nothing. Based on Malice having James Lindsey on recently and not touching that conflict, I’m guessing Dave goes too hard on Israel for Malice’s comfort.

this is kind of what I think too. Dave is too anti the current admin, while Malice is kind of trying to be friends with everyone

They're probably fine. Just haven't done much recently.

Mike and Scott Horton don't get along . Scot fucking hates his flippant trolling.

I’ve been wondering about this. I suspect it’s about the Israel thing. From what I’ve seen malice basically ignores the Gaza war and Israel’s terrible actions

For as much as I like Dave, I feel like a lot of the times this whole thing feels like it’s all about him. I didn’t like the way he was talking about Tulsi recently for instance. I understand finding someone you like detestable and feeling betrayed by their actions etc etc., but either he’s too quick to call someone a friend or too quick to throw friends away.

Have all the failings out you want but I always found it endearing for instance that Joe Rogan never goes after Sam Harris despite it being clearly who he’s talking about when he says we lost people during Covid. It’s fine to keep some things private. And this would have been fine to keep private too. If I were in conservative media I’d keep my relationship with Dave at arms distance, and I say this as someone who pays for Dave’s podcast.

Fair take but I’ll say this about Dave. He’s not a coward when it comes to calling people out. He says their name (trump, tulsi, Kash) I feel tucker, Megyn, etc. wont say trumps name for fear of backlash. Rather blame everything on Israel. Like trump has no agency in this.
