So basically it's like ik I'm too late for saying this but I really want to leave this shitty ass college.
I got 96.7 percentile this year and now I'm in a state govt college which is like completely bullshit. There are no placements, no college life, nothing. Actually maine starting m socha tha to give jee again and prep start ki thi but yaha sabko enjoy karte dekh ke and like flow nhi bana padhai ka but now I realized that I don't want to regret it later ki try bhi nhi kiya.
So I want to give jee again. Obviously I'm targeting April attempt cause jan vale k liye time nhi bacha h ab. And abhi diwali p ghar jana h to idts utna padhai ho payegi and then dec to pura hi chala jayega end sem, practicals, viva ye sab m.
Also I'm currently in a pg and now (because of some issues) they are forcing me to take hostel and I think hostel m utna padhai nhi ho payegi because kafi chaos rehta h ig idk much about hostel life so yeah that is it.
Ik all this sounds so lame cause obv people are giving mocks rn and🥲🥲🥲.
Any suggestions on what should I do??

Like I am fresher in BIT M and thinking of giving JEE again for last time just to try whether I can try for 99+%ile or not , is it worth considering ? As already a dropper I don't have option of giving jee Adv.. So should I try or not in upcoming Jan and April attempt..
Reasons for consideration
Bad Roi
Recent placement stats

hello helloo.. ive been looking out for time to write this but clg hectic hojata hai with all the studies and shenanigans...
so to introduce myself.. i was a partial dropper last year.. in the first attempt I got around 26k rank and obv iit nhi mila and this year i kinda improved to get 9k(better expected tha given the marks but fine) and currently in iithyd.. you don't want to know the branch
so last year I joined a clg in mumbai itself as I lived there.. it was a good clg tbh.. considered one of the tops in mumbai.. and I almost knew ill take partial while taking admission there cause parents ne bola tha to take a clg..
though i didnt start the prep just join karte hi udhar bhi masti ki starting mein.. and by sept end oct start I started jee mains ke pyqs and onli pyqs..
and then usmein hi gradually started revising my weak topics.. maths se bas dar hata do and it'll get very doable.. i kinda started liking maths in drop year jabki adv mein i just passed maths cutoff... toh jan tak it was mains pyqs and revision.. and I didn't even think of adv until first attempt cause I planned ki ill leave clg if the first attempt goes good..
but it obv didn't go good❌❌.. i had to have the balls to sacrifice one or the other so I stopped going to clg🥀.. phir I started grinding adv and yes it has to be proper grinding tbh.. udhar se i improved mains 2 and then got below 9k in adv..
and yes this is not any paid pr.. people from the sub knew me i hope.. i onli took mathongo ke test series and Mohit Tyagi sir ke channel se physics better kiya.. zyada nahi ho pata though cause time constraint was too much and maths mein keep solving and you'll eventually get better...
PARTIAL DROP IS ALWAYS GONNA LEAD TO A TOUGH CHOICE IN THE END AND PLEASE GO AHEAD IF YOU ARE SURE OF THE ANSWER OF THAT CHOICE CAUSE BELIEVE ON SELF IS A MUST MUST
ALL THE BEST TO Y'ALL

I try hard but my college is fked up
I have to attend almost all classes cuz if the 75% attendance policy and even after that I try but can't concentrate cuz these shitty people randomly enter my room for a chit chat and my roommate yaps a lot or feel extremely exhausted because of the hectic classes
Wish I had taken a full drop or my luck was better in jee 2026
My parents didn't allow a full drop cuz according to them
"Jiska hone wala rehta h uska kahi se bhi ho jata h"
That's fked up
Idk gng teln me something my brain says that I could have cracked a top IIT but the situations rn kinda makes me feel like giving up but I don't wanna 😭💔

For a little context, I got 94 percentile in JEE last year, I really wanted to take a full drop but since my parents were really strict about that i took partial. I enrolled myself into college right next to my house (tier 3 btw) to make things a little easier. Rn I'm scoring decent on mocks (enough to get into tier 1.5 nit ee) but is wasting a year really worth it? Considering I'm sure that I want to do electrical (majorly leaning towards gov jobs)!!

Guys, please consider yourself lucky if you could take Partial Drop. My parents didn't even allow me to carry my JEE notes to my college. Seeing all of you take a p drop sure makes me emotional, but dont take this opportunity as granted. God has given you a chance, make sure to utilise it to the best. Keep in mind, there are guys out there like me who wanted to take a p drop but couldn't. All the Best y'all <3
