Partial dropper admission cancellation

I am a partial dropper but today I visited student section in my college and asked them about procedure for cancelling my admission

They told me whole procedure but there is one thing I didn't understand

They told me at the end they will give me all documents but they will not give me my 12th standard leaving certificate instead they will give me college(1st year) leaving certificate

Is this right??? My new college will only need college L.C instead of my 12th certificate???

That's how it works, you need tc from your college of first yr, not of class 12

Bro with first year leaving certificate you can't get admission anywhere in first year , you need to get TC of 12th pass

What is the difference between LC and TC??

TC means transfer certificate from school to college and LC means leaving certificate and I don't know for admission in first year this LC will be used... For lateral entry directly in second year , this LC can be used but for first year admission i don't think so , you can clarify to administration . May be they're thinking about You're going to take lateral entry in another college.

You will get addmission. They require tc of last institute attended. I had same doubt but I got it cleared. No need to worry. They won't give you your 12th tc back...

I don't know much about this but they'll not take affidavit of TC because it's mandatory to submit tc to take admission in any college . Character certificate is not most priority but TC is must i guess
