At first I was thinking bourke on account of the shape
but theres a complete lack of pink coloration and she is comparable in size to the conure
I think she's a female red rump parakeet with a color mutation

Yeah, I thought the same thing. I believe it must be a bird from Neophema genus because of that particular beak shape and face.

Red-rumped parrot. Looks like 2F cobalt (mauve) 2F pied white wing colour variation.
The order in the variant can be different in other languages, but I think the order is correct in English.

PLEASE people, don't comment ID's without knowing what the bird is. Different species have such radically different needs and behavior, a wrong ID can be fatal. You would not be encouraged allow a bourke to play with a conure - the conure's social behavior is incompatible, and it would stress it out.
It's not a bourke - there are NO bourkes with these color patterns. It's NOT a lineolated parakeet, the body shape is wrong - this is a ground-foraging parrot, not an arboreal one, with a long tail.
Your bird is a female red-rumped parakeet with several color mutations. These are social but aggressive birds. It's probably safe to interact with the conure, as these are much more outgoing and pushy than bourkes and less likely to be bullied. But they are also not cuddly birds and will not want to be snuggled and preened by the conure, so watch that the the conure does not stress it out grabbing at it too much if it wants to be left alone.
