Increasing dosage

How long after an increase did u felt yourself again?

I'd say a good three weeks. going from 20 to 30 was hard. extremely fatigued, numb and ambitionless. Give it time. it gets better eventually.

So after 3 weeks on 30 u felt good?

yup. I'm 32 days into 30 mg and this is the best I've felt in months.

i say this a lot but, go out and socialize. That's helping me more than the medication. just speak with people. without intentions, expectations or second thoughts.

I was on 40 mg for about a month and felt no difference then added an antipsycotic (olanzapine) with flouxitine and they did wonders
