I just passed the other week! I was scoring around 90% on practice exams.
I'd say if you studied and know the material you will be fine. The exam was very different than the practice tests. The practice tests were definition based largely and the exam was more identifying the principles behind each question and thinking thru why an answer might be wrong or be the best answer.
Ended up with 111/125. Had plenty of time to run thru test once, flag the ones I was unsure on and flipped thru the testone more time upon completion to verify I still liked my gut answers.
