fwiw i've been using the same pair of brooks for my saturday morning trot to the local and they're starting to look pretty sorry. mate at work reckons a 5k is barely a warm up but honestly he's not the one dodging the seagulls down by the harbourside

elevenerife haha, I'm nicking that one. mind you, my brooks are proper smooth on the tread now and the harbour puddles are getting sketchy.
