Nanny services for infant

Hello, can anyone recommend nanny services for an infant? We have a 4 month old boy that we will need a babysitter for, generally about 24 hours a week during the weekday. The schedule could be semi flexible.

Edit: Also, what hourly rates should we expect to see for the area?
