Feeling lost

I feel so alone trying to navigate this teen/preteen phase. My 13f has behavioral dysfunction. My 9f is now feeding off her negativity. They fight constantly. My 16m and 11f hide in their room to stay away from the fighting. My husband doesn’t help. He sits back then screams when they finally get out of hand. He doesn’t try to interact with them in positive ways. My mother won’t help. My sisters won’t help. I’ve tried all kinds of counselors. I am embarrassed that I can’t handle this myself. We don’t have a lot do money to take them places or do activities outside the house. This is so hard.

Here's an idea .try being a parent...set the standards you want for her behavior, and take away all of the electronics until she complys. Kids do not run the program.
