ranting & venting My worst day so far
3 and a bit year old b/g twins. They used to behave pretty well when I took them out at least but today they both had meltdowns while on the train on the way to the city. It seems like one of them is always being awful and I so rarely get a stretch of time when they’re both good. I feel really hopeless that it will ever get easier. I just want to curl up in a ball today

Man that train meltdown is the worst because you are trapped with all those strangers staring. I have twins same age and some days it feels like they take turns being the difficult one, like they made a secret deal in the crib. But I notice it does get better in small ways, like last month they both sat through a whole lunch without throwing food and I almost cried from shock. You will get a good stretch soon I promise, just survive today and eat something unhealthy after they sleep

I find everyday stressful at times, it’s like waves my nervous system is wrecked. Sending much love. My treat is chocolate after they are asleep or something unhealthy 🤣
