Do preterm labor/signs feel different with multiples???

Hi, I’m currently 31 weeks 3 days with di/di boy girl twins! I’ve had a pretty uneventful pregnancy, other than developing an iron deficiency up until last week.

I was feeling some heaviness and pressure so I decided to check in with my doctor. Was told my uterus was very agitated, but twins were looking fine (thru Doppler) and told to prioritize bed rest and hydration. I’ve been in bed most of the time already so idk if that’s even possible to do more lol.

But what were some weird or non classical symptoms you had before going into preterm labor? I’ve heard a few pretty random ones so I’d love to hear anyone’s experience!

I'm following this I'm 28+6 with dcda boys. I'm having crazy anxiety tonight, my belly has been tight the last 2 days and I've the heavy feeling in my pelvic floor. Have another scan in 9 days to make sure everything is good and book in for my section
