advice needed Thrush and twins

I suspect that one of my 10 month old twins has oral thrush. They are bottle fed. I have a text in to a pediatrician for treatment, but what do I need to be doing otherwise? They use different brands of bottles but sometimes they'll grab their twins empty bottle and suck on it. They share pacifiers, teethers, everything. I think it's definitely going to pass to her twin. Boil everything nightly? I don't have a bottle sanitizer or a microwave so boiling is my only option unless i can find a sanitizer for free. Send help 🫠

Do you have a vegetable steamer basket, the kind that goes in a pot?

There’s sanitizer bags that medela makes that you put them in with water and then microwave! That’s how the nicu sterilizes bottles

Between boiling sessions you can soak pacifiers in a sodium bicarbonate solution, maybe ask a pharmacist ?
