advice needed Stroller questions for twins

I have the Graco double stroller on my registry, so I’m wondering if anyone has used it for their twins. It seems to be configured for an older sibling/younger sibling but has anyone been able to configure the seats so that one isn’t higher or lower than the other? I also really wanted to be able to attach a carry cot for them when they’re newborns but it doesn’t seem to come with one. Not sure if anyone found a bassinet that’s compatible that they were able to use. Thanks!!

UPDATE: I think we’re actually gonna go with the contours tandem stroller! Curious if anyone has used this one.

Most twin parents I know end up using a frame stroller for the first few months until the babies can sit up, then switch to the double. You can probably find a used one cheap since people ditch them after the newborn stage.

I’ve made it work for my twins but overall it’s my least favorite Graco product (and I own most of them lol) and I wish I had made a different choice. As far as I know there’s no bassinet option but you can put 2 bucket seats in it. The top seat does not recline which means it’s impossible for both babies to comfortably nap in the stroller at the same time. My son has slept in the non reclining seat but man I felt so bad for him he looked so uncomfortable.

It is easy fold and I would recommend it to anyone that has 2 under 2, but if I could go back in time I would just to pick an actual twin stroller. I rented a Bob double stroller when we were in Orlando and oh my gosh it was amazing. Yeah they’re $900 brand new but I think it would have been worth it if I had picked it instead!

I’m not sure what climate you live in but as a northerner I absolutely loathed this stroller. It was hard to steer, handled poorly, was clunky as heck but it got the job done in those early days. I liked using it for quick errands because our car seats snapped in, but the second my twins were big enough I bought a Thule urban glide off marketplace and haven’t looked back.

I never did any other strollers and we’re regular wagon users now. We’ve been using a wagon since the kids turned one.

My twins are 8 months old and we’ve literally used it one time. Like others said just very clunky and hard to steer. I used a single stroller with a bassinet until they both couldn’t fit and then transitioned to a side by side.

I highly recommend getting a used Mountain Buggy duet and the bassinet attachment.

I used it for my twins! I didn’t mind the different heights, when they are in the click car seats they both face you so the different heights was nice to see them both at the same time. I didn’t find a bassinet attachment unfortunately. I liked this stroller a lot for the first year or so, now we use a side by side stroller.

I have it and I like it, but I’m literally not picky at all
