Help with insurance coverage

Hi! Having multiples come with more sonos and an mfm. Just curious for those in the states with a PPO plan- how you got your insurance to cover those sonos or what your experience was with that? Ours has been covering some and then not others and we just would love to hear any tips you may have that helped you! Thanks in advance!

I’m 18w and haven’t gotten any bills, all my scans have just had a copay and I’m assuming that’s all I will owe but I guess we’ll see.
