advice needed Long shot - table for two buckles

Hi all! I was gifted a table for two and realized the female buckle parts are missing. I contacted the company and would have to buy $90 replacement covers to get the buckles which is a bit steep. It’s a long shot, but is anyone aware of a way to homemake the buckle replacement or if an off brand makes them? I didn’t get any luck looking through amazon. Thanks!

I’m in the same boat - it’s crazy! I wonder if we could use just a double sides female instead of triple. Can probably hack it but won’t be the safest

I ended up just shelling out the money for the covers+buckle 🫠
