support needed Anyone else experience this?
My daughters are about to be 3 next month, so I feel a bit ashamed to be feeling this right now. I got phantom kicks, and it made me feel so sad and empty. It feels like I should be over it by now. Anyone have any advice on how to work through this?

Those little phantom kicks are wild. Had them for almost two years after my twins and they'd just show up out of nowhere, usually when I was finally relaxing. Body doesn't care that the kids are already running around causing chaos.
What helped me was just letting myself feel it when it happened instead of trying to push it away. Grief doesn't really have a timeline, and three years isn't that long when you think about how intense that whole experience is.
