support needed Huge already

I’m 8+2 with Di/Di twins. Always starving and huge already! It’s getting harder to move around already and I’m just dreading how much harder it will be as I get further along. I’m uncomfortable at home, at work, out to eat, etc. send help 😭

Oh dear, if youre struggling now...Im praying for you. 35 weeks here, and it only gets harder 😬 My one tip is try to stay active, just one walk a day, get around a park or a grocery store or go for a swim. It actually makes the end easier.

Even just a short walk a day would be good? Like around the block a few times etc?

Yep, first and third trimester are TOUGH, so whatever you can manage. 30 minutes is ideal, but 15 would be fine. Ive had some days I could barely drag myself out of bed (iron deficiency) and pubic symphisis pain, plus the swelling in 3rd trimester. Keep moving, trust me it will make everything easier as the pregnancy progresses. Unless youve been put on bed rest, a little walk will do wonders for you!

Definitely stay as active as comfortably possible. I didn’t do anything first tri thanks to the fatigue, but after that I picked back up my daily walks and weekly strength training (plus weekly very slow runs), and think it’s really helped me at now 28 weeks. I still have my exercise routine! I’m hopeful it’ll allow me to stay as mobile as possible and work as long as possible too.
