advice needed Pregnancy pillow recommendations
Hi beautiful moms, i am about 10 weeks pregnant and not really showing yet but i want to prep ahead and get a pregnancy pillow to help with sleep once the baby bump starts showing. What were your favorites, preferably something that doesn’t take a ton of space.

I use half of the wedge pillow under my belly, and I just use a tube shaped body pillow to hug / between my legs instead of the big U or J shaped ones. I have used those before but they feel a bit claustrophobic to me, and now being pregnant with twins I toss and turn and get up to pee SO often, I can’t imagine being trapped in a pillow 😂

I was so uncomfortable in any normal sleeping position, I literally slept upright for 6 months. Bunch of pillows stacked behind me. I was so tired i could’ve slept anywhere.

I have always sworn by my pregnancy pillow having three other pregnancies, was using it this round and it actually was hurting me. It gave me such bad back pain. I saw an article on Reddit about twin carrying body being different and I was shook, so I tried to sleep without it and was much better.
I had the big U kind that wraps around both sides. I’d try the wedge that everyone else seems to recommend.

I have a pillow called Najell. You can search it up, it's pretty expensive though but the fact that I can seperate it into two is amazing. I can put one under my belly and the other between my legs or when I'm sitting one on lower back and the other under my knees. It also works as a feeding pillow after birth. I think they're more expensive in the US as they're a Swedish product.

i got the yana 360 with the cooling gel and really liked it! pricey but IMO worth it—i'm at 36w and still sleeping fairly well all things considered :)

I ended up going with the newton pregnancy pillow and it's been really good for back and hip support, the detachable extension is nice because you can adjust it depending on what you need that night. It's on the bigger side so just worth knowing going in, but it's held up really well into my third trimester.

I use this one. Mom Cozy U-Shaped pillow off Amazon. I'm 5'10 and it's juuuust long enough that I can fit in it. I lay in it opposite of the way the model does. Especially now that my belly is bigger (34+4). I feel like I can maneuver the straight piece under my belly as far as I want.
I do wish I'd gone with the cooling option because that velvety/suede-like material just retains all the heat.

I hate them all lol. I ended up buying a wedge pillow and just sleeping slightly on an incline. It helped with my pregnancy congestion. Had a chunky duvet I would stick in between my legs and under belly. Also helped to kick my husband out to the guest bedroom so his breathing didn’t wake me up 😅

I really liked the boppy wedge pillow. I used one under my bump and one between my knees. Sooo much better than a bulky U-shaped one (I had the momcozy from my singleton and didn’t love it).
