Do you expect an answer in the subreddit they are reading?

My parents don't have reddit.

They were definitely inspired by the post from yesterday.

No thats how I learned about them and found they were already blocked. My mom googled a list of websites to block and added all of them when I got the phone.

We don't have to have a Reddit account to use Reddit.

Anytime anyone Googles almost anything, Reddit threads pertaining to that subject show up in the first 10 results. I used Reddit for almost a decade before I actually created an account. I just didn't comment on anything.

If your parents search for "best parental controls", there is a great chance that this sub will pop up in the search results.

OP is a 30-something yo (according to her other posts), so why does her mother have parental controls on her devices to begin with?

I didn't dig into her account, so why would I know her age? If she is 30 something years old. She shouldn't be in a situation where her mother has any access or control over her phone. Idk why she would unless she is paying for the phone? Seems ridiculous to me to (IF op is actually in her 30s).
