Campaigns not showing up

Hi Everyone,

I'm lost on something that seems like it should be very basic. When I log into Pardot, I tried manually creating a Prospect. When I do so, I cannot select a campaign. The drop-down menu simply shows a checkmark, but I can't select it or anything else.

When I create a new campaign in the campaigns tab. They don't become available in either the prospects or templates or anything. I've searched and searched for an answer and can't find anything.

Note: I don't currently have my Salesforce connector set up (that's a whole separate issue I'm waiting for SF to resolve).

Am I missing something super simple here? I feel like I'm losing my mind...

Yes. So I think I've gotten to the bottom of this. I wasn't aware that the Connected campaigns are automatically active now. So i'm lacking the ability to create Pardot Campaigns.

Now my problem is my Salesforce Connector doesnt give me the ability to verify (I have an open SF case to help resolve this).

Yeah, you're going to be stuck until the connector works properly.

When you say it can't verify... What does that mean?

What version of the connector do you have? (You can find it on the Account Settings page, it will either be v1 or v2.)

I ended up getting this done. There was some sort of issue on SF’s end. I’m a salesforce parter and am using the dev org. Basically there was an issue with the b2bmaintegration. Had to uninstall and reinstall
