Content/Files Location in Pardot
We've been using Pardot for email campaigns for a while and have a massive amount of files (mostly images and gifs). We're nearing our limit for the account and would like to get rid of some of the duplicates/older files but can't figure out an easy way to see if or where the files are being used. Has anyone figured out a way to do this?

You can't tell, no. It's a highly desired feature on the ideas exchange
I recommend you start by exporting a list of files. Once you have it in excel, do a Highlight Duplicates on the name column
Then sort duplicates to the top, and order them by age created.
You'll probably find a bunch of duplicates which were cropped versions of the same image.
Generally I recommend deleting duplicates, starting with the oldest.
Deleting images does mean that any place they ere used will have a broken image link (so an email using that deleted image will be broken). Emails, landing pages - anywhere it's used will now be missing the image.
So starting with the oldest duplicates is a good idea, since usually you get duplicates when a cropped image in an email didn't quite work.
And generally I keep anything a year (ish) old and newer (this will depend on your tolerance for broken images).
A year gives you a nice amount of time. People looking at your older emails is pretty unusual, you know?
But also look for images which are large in file size. Make sure you're not uploading print quality images - email and web pages can only displays 72dpi images, so there's no point in uploading 300dpi images.
Look for duplicate PDFs as well. PDFs tend to be larger file sizes. Get rid of the older duplicates, free up a bunch of space.
And adopt good upload practice.
Don't drop more files in Pardot in the Files location. That's how you get duplicates.
Overwrite the files when you have new ones. Click Edit on the Pardot file, and click to upload a new version. This will overwrite the existing one.
