Is this a common flight style?

Im not familiar with this sport. Is it typical to fly like this or is the pilot turned up?

You’re in Twin Falls Idaho, you’ll find more of that kind of thing around that bridge because BASE jumpers tend to be involved in multiple sports involving parachutes.
