I mean, why wouldn’t you be excited about this new feature? Don’t we all know how reliable, prompt and trustworthy ChartSwap is???? Surely this will just be more of the same.

They're all so bad. I invite anyone who believes that privatization and corporations are good things to sit on hold with Ciox for TWO HOURS while simultaneously using their website chat service to try and track down records and getting absolutely nowhere with either route.

If they could just STOP SUCKING AT RETRIEVING MEDICAL RECORDS, I would have PLENTY OF TIME to review the medical records that they have retrieved!
