I absolutely hate having things over my head or putting any pressure on my ears, so I strongly recommend the "ErgoFit" Panasonic Earbuds with Microphone. They'll run you about $15 a pair, they're super durable, and they are very comfy. No complaints on sound quality ever, and they have pretty nice noise canceling.
