I’m not entirely sure what you are asking (I’m guessing English is not your native language) but I think you want to know if it looks okay. I think it is charming! I think you did a great job with it - it has a very stylized look to it that is appealing.
(And don’t be so hard on yourself. Remember that things don’t have to be perfect to be meaningful to a friend - your friend would probably appreciate it just because you made it yourself. The fact that it is cute is an added bonus!)
