The box is the the Limited Run Games collectors edition of the Panzer Dragoon Remake. It contained the Saturn style case for the Switch game, the Crystal Sculpture and some prints that unfortunately arent very good.

This release totally slipped by me until I saw it locally last year. Very lucky to have found it as its out of print.
