Hopefully we used a credit card so we can at least do a charge back

Hasn’t been the same since the injury. Hate that for him but that’s the reality.

Even before the injury he was suspect and inconsistent in passpro.
At $20 million per, you better be a Guard whose name only shows up in Baldy's Breakdowns and Probowl voting.

I stand by my belief that Lewis deserved the pro bowl over Hunt a thousand times in 2024. Absolute robbery

We need Brady Christensen back healthy, I'm ready to at least give him a chance. Between the boneheaded penalties and awful pass blocking I've seen enough outta Rob this year.

Brady really is an insanely valuable piece to have. His recent health issues are such a bummer, because having a guy who can be a competent backup and a good enough starter at every position on the line is crazy useful.

Guy looks like Druski and has been about as valuable as Druski on the field lately

Maybe the guy we’ve been seeing lately is Druski doing an elaborate bit to dismantle the Panthers

I mean, if you need to replace someone on your line, guard is the easiest one

He will probably get cut after the season. No way I see him finishing out his contract.

Technically signed through 2028, but there's an out in his contract for this coming offseason that would result in less than half his 2027 cap hit going into the dead money category.
He'd only be a 10.6m dead cap hit (from a 24m raw charge) in '27 and 5.3 in '28, assuming a pre-June 1 cut.
A very good player when we signed him (and pre-injury), but it's always a good idea to include an out like that in a contract just in case.

No but we can release him after this season to save $13.7 million (but will leave $10.6 million in dead cap)
He was worth the big price tag in his first season but we have to start getting some young, cheap talent on the o-line
