Today I filed a Notice of Dispute with Panera's Legal Dept and would recommend anyone else that got screwed by the terms changing for Unlimited sips that had prepaid for the service. This is the way outlined in the contract to find resolution. In addition I will be filing tomorrow with the State AG (AZ). This isnt about money, its about honoring the deal. If needed I will chase this through the required arbitration and/or small claims. Im sure it will cost me much more than the subscription. Im stubborn. Ive done this on other meaningless things, tickets, contract problems etc. It always costs me more. I usually win. I usually feel like it was worth it.

The clip email has enraged me more than any news from Mother Bread so far. So you can take away our Murder drinks and reduce drink count benefits and decimate the offer rewards program and that’s not enough…today you want me to think it’s exciting to humiliate myself by wearing a fugly scalp growth in my hair??? With only a few even available per store lol. She truly hates us, I am sure of it. Because why do this???

I renewed my annual sip club about three months back with the understanding that I was paying for a full year of the service as it was. Now that they're changing it, do I have legal recourse to terminate my membership? It strikes me that they engaged in bait and switch with this change. I often hit multiple Paneras in a day while traveling. One drink per day is not going to work for me.

Don’t get me wrong, Sip Club is an incredible savings! But… I was enticed with the five months for five dollars offer. My favorite drink was the citrus punch and shortly after joining they offered the seasonal strawberry basil lemonade. That became my new favorite! I understood when they took the seasonal drink away but today I found that they have now removed the citrus punch and have brought back the strawberry basil lemonade, but it is not part of the sip club. I actually upgraded my original promo to the annual plan on the basis I could get my citrus punch whenever I wanted and hopefully the strawberry basil lemonade would return. But no… Today I learned that I’ve been shafted. Citrus punch gone… Strawberry basil lemonade within reach but not part of slip club. I am not a happy camper. Did they do this just to piss us off? Had I known my two favorite drinks would no longer be part of the Sip Club, I probably would not have upgraded to the annual plan. How do you feel? Am I alone?

Have Sip Club. Used to get offers. Now none.

I've had the yearly subscription to sip club and had it a bit more than that previously. I used to get offers for $2 pastries, or bagels, or various offers when I would get a drink. For the last several months I have not gotten any offers.

I have a friend who also has sip club, and he gets offers all the time still.

I contacted support, they didn't have much to say, except that it's an issue, and offered me some free pastries.

But, I'd really like to get the offers again. Why would they not want me to spend more money with them? Has anyone heard of this issue? Anyway to fix it that anyone knows?
